The modular format centers on a carbon fiber chin bar that rotates on a proprietary hinge engineered to sit flush with the shell when open, cutting the drag profile that plagues most flip-front designs. KOROYD® material pairs with traditional EPS foam to split duties between impact absorption and thermal dissipation — a combination that targets the heat buildup endemic to full-coverage touring lids. Shell and visor geometry are optimized for airflow function over form, and a direct-control ventilation system keeps adjustments accessible without buried menus. The face shield is next-generation in construction, though optical class ratings haven’t been published yet.
