The Maeving RM1S Blackout, a limited-edition electric motorcycle, combines classic British design with modern electric performance. Limited to 300 units, it features a matte black tank, silver coachline, carbon fiber mudguards, and black battery housing.
Powered by a rear hub-mounted brushless motor, it delivers 11.1 kW (15 bhp) and 261 Nm of torque, reaching a top speed of 112 km/h. Dual removable LG battery packs (each 2.73 kWh) provide a combined range of up to 129 km in Eco mode. Charging is flexible: remove the batteries for standard charging or direct charging. A full charge takes 6 hours, with a 20-80% charge in 2.5 hours.
The chassis features a CrMo steel frame, 37 mm front forks with 110 mm travel, and K-Tech Razor ‘Lite’ rear shocks with 80 mm travel and adjustable preload and rebound. Braking is handled by a 300 mm front disc and a 180 mm rear disc, with a linked braking system for balanced stopping power. Dunlop K70 tires enhance its classic appeal.
Additional features include a 10-litre lockable storage tank with a USB-C port, an analogue speedometer with LCD display, LED headlight, and bar-end mirrors. With a seat height of 787 mm and a curb weight of 141 kg, it’s accessible and manageable for many riders.
