Since its founding in 2012, the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride has turned a simple idea — classic motorcycles, elegant attire, city streets — into one of the most recognisable charity events in the world. Registration for the 2026 edition is now open at gentlemansride.com, with the ride set for Sunday, May 17, uniting classic and vintage motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide in support of prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.

The 2025 event drew 127,000 registered riders across 108 countries, with 1,038 city rides organised by local volunteers, raising $7.6 million for the Movember Foundation. The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride The cumulative total across all editions now stands at $60.5 million. To mark the 15th anniversary, Triumph — official motorcycle partner since 2014 — has built a one-off prize machine: a Speed Twin 1200 Café Racer DGR Edition, its seat upholstered in hand-woven Harris Tweed from the Outer Hebrides, offered to participants who raise at least $250. The format, as always, is beautifully simple: a classic or custom bike, something sharp to wear, and the intention to make the ride mean something.
