The latest trends in motorcycle culture
As Ducati kicks off its annual releases for next year’s lineup, after the new Multistrada V4 RS and Diavel V4 RS comes the update to the legendary Panigale V4 R.
The Ducati Panigale V4 R is the closest thing to a Ducati Racing machine you can ride on the road. At its heart lies the Desmosedici Stradale R, a 998 cc V4 engine derived from MotoGP technology. It delivers up to 218 hp at 15,500 rpm, rising to 237 hp with a racing exhaust, and revs to an astonishing 16,500 rpm in sixth gear.
The bike’s racing pedigree continues with advanced aerodynamics, including the first homologated for road use to feature Corner Sidepods and the Ducati Racing Gearbox with Ducati Neutral Lock, improved carbon fiber winglets and a reshaped fairing for improved stability at high speeds. Öhlins NPX25/30 pressurized fork and TTX36 shock ensure precise control, while Brembo Stylema R calipers provide uncompromising braking power.
A dry weight of just 172 kg and a refined electronics package—featuring traction control, slide control, wheelie control, and customizable riding modes—make it a track weapon that remains approachable for expert riders. Every detail, from the STM-EVO dry clutch to the forged aluminum wheels, speaks of Ducati’s obsession with performance.
Limited and Numbered this motorcycle brings Ducati’s racing dominance on the tracks to those looking for the thrill of a road-legal superbike engineered for maximum performance.
